💼 Your Role
As a trusted advisor and innovator for this large scale enterprise, you will:
🔍 Support clients with projects in data strategy, architecture, analysis, visualization, automation, governance, and AI.
🛠️ Plan and execute workshops, interviews, and co-creation sessions to uncover client needs.
📈 Analyze, document, and define data, AI, and automation requirements, ensuring clarity and precision.
📊 Develop business cases, user interfaces (wireframes/mockups), and strategies to deliver actionable insights.
🤝 Translate technical and business analysis into system and interface requirements.
🚀 Lead the development and validation of use cases, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.
🧠 Your Expertise
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
🌟 Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
🌟 A strong academic background in Business, IT, or related fields.
🌟 1-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or requirements engineering.
🌟 Knowledge of data, analytics, and automation (e.g., Data Engineering, AI, Advanced Analytics, or Process Automation).
🌟 Hands-on programming experience (e.g., Python).
🌟 Familiarity with project methodologies (Hermes, SCRUM, SAFe), modeling tools, and frameworks (e.g., DevOps, MLOps, BPMN).
🌟 A customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🌟 A collaborative team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
Bonus: Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., IREB, CBAP/CCBA) or practical experience with tools like UiPath/Power Apps.
