🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions for clients, with a focus on LLMs, NLP, and automation.
• LLM Expertise: Fine-tune pre-existing LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) to meet business-specific needs.
• Prompt Engineering: Lead strategies to optimize and enhance model outputs.
• Workshops: Plan and implement co-creation and design thinking workshops to shape AI solutions.
• Requirement Analysis: Capture and document requirements for data, AI, and automation use cases, ensuring precision and alignment with customer goals.
• Solution Development: Translate technical and business needs into actionable system and interface requirements, delivering impactful AI implementations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLMs.
• Strong NLP expertise with a track record of deploying real-world solutions.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Background in business analysis, data engineering, or process automation.
• Familiarity with Python, frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and modeling tools (BPMN, UML).
• Fluency in English 🇬🇧; additional languages (e.g., German, Swiss German, French) are a plus.

💻 Skills

• Hands-on experience in data architecture, analysis, and governance.
• Practical knowledge of UiPath, Power Apps, or similar tools for process automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
