Staff/Lead AI Researcher

Responsibilities:

• Research and establish the foundational architecture for the platform's core components.
• Lead the development of state-of-the-art (SOTA) models to optimize or automate key processes.
• Design and implement machine learning models using PyTorch, with a focus on generative media.
• Deploy models on proprietary hardware, fine-tuning as needed for integration with character art and platform functionality.
• Develop data curation pipelines tailored to the specific needs of each model.
• Collaborate with engineering and creative teams to address new challenges in delivering high-quality content.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the movie production pipeline to identify key interfaces, including input/output expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead a research team from design through to production.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• 5+ years of full-time experience in relevant fields.
• Bonus: Experience with diffusion models, particularly in video generation.
