Role Overview

To work closely with product and tech leadership to plan solutions and allocate resources effectively. Leading a diverse engineering team, you actively contribute, maintain high standards, and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. Additionally, you promote a culture of growth, offering feedback and mentorship to support your team's development.

About You

- 4+ years experience in AI & Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams of individual contributors.
- Solid technical expertise and a thorough understanding of software development best practices.
- Extensive experience in implementing and promoting Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within engineering teams.
- Proficient in English, with German language skills being an advantage.
