Why Choose DeepRec.ai for Quantum Computing Recruitment?

We’ve built a dedicated Quantum Computing recruitment division here at DeepRec.ai, where our specialised consultants focus exclusively on hiring niche talent across quantum hardware, software, and sensing.

Across the quantum ecosystem, from platform development and applied research through to early commercialisation, hiring decisions are shaped by long research cycles, scarce skill sets, and close ties to academia.

Working at this intersection allows for informed, technically grounded conversations with candidates from physics, engineering, computer science, and applied mathematics backgrounds, ensuring alignment not just on capability, but on research direction and long-term ambition.

This work is supported by a global community network and on-the-ground presence in Boston, London, Berlin, Zurich, and Dublin, giving access to highly specialised talent across the wider Deep Tech space.

For Employers, This Means:

Reduced hiring risk. Our domain expertise, talent mobility support, and in-house compliance team ensure only qualified, relevant candidates reach you, cutting wasted time and mismatched hires.

Flexible workforce solutions that scale with your demand. DeepRec.ai provides a range of options that we can tailor to your unique needs: Embedded, Retained, Contingent, and Contract hiring models.

We build a consultative partnership and take time to understand your business goals, culture, and technical roadmap before advising on the best hiring strategies to meet them.

Rapid delivery. We fill permanent roles in an average of 30 days and contract positions in just one week, helping you avoid costly project delays.

For Candidates, This Means:

We can connect you with rare opportunities that never make it to the open market. Many of the best Quantum Computing jobs are secured through trusted networks long before they're advertised, and thanks to our position in the community, we can help you get a head start.

As part of Trinnovo Group, DeepRec.ai is B Corp certified. For quantum professionals, that means working with a recruitment partner that values responsibility, inclusion, and long-term relationships in a field built on depth and precision.

We help you with more than introductions. From role positioning and salary benchmarks to interview prep and long-term planning, we’re here to support your growth and career ambitions.

We’re region-sensitive but globally connected. Offices in Boston, London, Berlin, Zurich, Dublin, and the USA make international opportunity accessible, while still being rooted in the local tech scenes you know best.

A Deep Tech Community

Community sits at the heart of DeepRec.ai’s hiring philosophy. The networks, conversations, and connections built through DeepRec.ai don’t just lead to roles; they keep professionals and organisations close to the ideas, people, and breakthroughs shaping the future of Quantum Computing.

Whether we’re hosting breakfast networking events from our London office, podcasting with deep tech’s pioneering thinkers, or collaborating on research papers, there are plenty of ways to get engaged with the DeepRec.ai community.
