About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll lead the development of impactful AI projects, from Proof-of-Concept to production-ready MVPs. Collaborating with diverse clients, you’ll design scalable systems, architect robust solutions, and mentor junior engineers while advancing the adoption of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy machine learning solutions, including pipelines and workflows.
• Build secure, scalable systems using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Ensure robust deployment processes and seamless integration with client systems.
• Lead code reviews and uphold high technical standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in professional software development and machine learning deployment.
• Deep expertise in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and diverse data types (tabular, unstructured, images).
• Strong system design skills, cloud expertise, and secure web application development.
• Leadership experience and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with LLMs, Docker, SAP integration, or front-end development.
